In March 2024, Next Adventure’s Marketing Director Jeremy Townsend embarked on a classic overland safari on Tanzania’s iconic Northern Circuit visiting Arusha National Park, Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater and the whole of the Southern Serengeti from the Kakesio plains through Ndutu, Naabi and the Seronera Valley.

No other safari destination is as well-known as the Serengeti. The Great Migration river crossings get most of the attention, but the Serengeti offers so much more. It’s a dynamic year-round destination with lots to explore, a range of seasons, stunning new camps and unique opportunities for true adventure.
