(β€œNext Adventure,” β€œwe,” β€œus,” or β€œour”) operates the website www.nextadventure.com (the β€œSite”) and provides custom African safari planning and related travel services (the β€œServices”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the Site, submit our forms, or otherwise interact with us about a safari.

By using the Site or Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This includes, for example:

    • Basic trip ideas (destinations, dates or timing, group size, budget range, interests, and preferences).

  • Guest Information Form

    • Travel details such as dates, destinations, and services requested.

    • Passport details and other information required by safari camps, lodges, and local operators.

    • Travel companions, special requests, dietary needs, mobility considerations, and other preferences.

    • Emergency contact information.

  • Feedback Form

    • Name and contact details (if you choose to provide them).

    • Trip feedback, testimonials, and suggestions.

You may also provide information through email (including via Gmail), phone or video calls, Safari Portal digital itineraries, or other documents or messages you choose to send us.

    • To process payments via our payment gateway, including ACH and credit card transactions (for example, via Fluid Pay or similar services).

    • To collect and review feedback so we can improve our Services and client experience.

    • To analyze Site usage and improve content, navigation, and performance.

    • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

    • To protect our rights, property, and safety, and that of our clients and partners.

  • Safari and travel partners

    • Lodges, camps, transfer providers, ground handlers, and other local suppliers to reserve and operate your safari.

    • Providers that help us deliver the Site and Services, such as:

      • Email and productivity tools (e.g., Gmail).

      • Digital itinerary platforms (e.g., Safari Portal).

      • Payment processing services (e.g., Fluid Pay or similar gateways).

      • Website hosting, analytics, and IT support.

    • Lawyers, accountants, insurance providers, and other professional advisers as reasonably necessary in the course of business.

  • Legal and safety

    • Authorities or other third parties when required by law, court order, or similar legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the rights, property, or safety of others.

    • In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.

We share only the information that is reasonably necessary for these parties to perform their functions, and we expect them to protect it appropriately.
