Travel Insurance

In accordance with Next Adventure’s Participation Agreement, cancellation fees are in effect from the time you make your deposit.  Please be aware that these fees will be imposed even if the cancellation results from circumstances beyond your control such as an illness or international flight delay.

A comprehensive travel insurance policy can protect your financial investment and ensure you have sufficient emergency evacuation and medical coverage as well as coverage for trip interruption, missed connections and lost luggage.

A travel insurance policy purchased through a trusted travel insurance provider protects losses you might sustain as a result of canceling any part of your trip for covered reasons and should include the following features:

• Trip cancellation and interruption coverage

• $500,000 in Emergency Medical Evacuation (EME) coverage

• $50,000 in Emergency Medical Expense coverage

• Coverage for loss, theft or damage of baggage

• 24-hour assistance

Please note: This is only a brief description of the coverage available, and we suggest speaking directly with a travel insurance provider for a full plan description detailing the terms, conditions and exclusions. Coverages may vary and not all coverage is available in all jurisdictions. Insurance coverages are subject to the terms, limitations and exclusions in the plan, including an exclusion for pre-existing conditions.

The cost of a travel insurance policy is usually based on your age at the time you purchase your plan and the nonrefundable trip costs. If your trip costs change between the effective date of your plan and your date of departure, you can modify your policy to cover the increased amount and pay a supplemental premium to ensure comprehensive coverage.

It is most advantageous to purchase your plan at the same time as you submit your non-refundable deposit to Next Adventure so coverage goes into effect right away. Your date of initial deposit begins the countdown, usually 14-21 days, which impacts your eligibility for time-sensitive benefits like Cancel for Any Reason Coverage (CFAR) and/or a Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion Waiver.

Next Adventure offers customized quotes via our preferred providers: Faye or Travel Insured. You can also compare travel insurance plans at www.squaremouth.com. If you are traveling with friends or family who do not share your household or live in a different state, you may be required to purchase separate policies.
